A quick question about Female Necromancer Armor - Guild Wars Forums

Hey guys I just got the Guild Wars trilogy and I have a quick question about Female Necromancer Armor. What armor is the Necromancer on the box of Guild Wars Prophecies wearing? How would I get it in game? I have tried searching on google but I couldn't find what it was called, however it apparently is possible to do so because I found some guy asking on wikianswers if he could get the armor on the box. The question was answered with a simple yes, not what it was called, nor where to get it.

If you are talking about Eve... no, you cannot get that armor.

Here's the page about the girl, with a nice view of her armor in the game:

Now, compare it to all the armors that Necromancers can get in GW:

And you'll see it's not there. Possibly the guy meant that she is available as a henchman in game?

The only Necro armor sets that come kind of close (if you paint them blue or gray) are Necrotic and Tyrian. But neither is exactly the same as the box art.

I agree with Urc. Though, looking at some other box covers, it looks like there might be some elements of Fanatic/E. Cultist (sleeves) and E. Necrotic
(navel cutout) thrown in for good measure. It seems a lot of Eve's boxart was a composite of nearly all the Prophecies necro armor styles.

Thanks for clearing that up and for your suggestions and input guys. I tried to find the link to the wikianswers page but couldn't, nevertheless that guy was wrong. I wanted that armor because I had a really cool dream that I was Eve, nevertheless if I can't get it, than I can't get it.

I might as well ask here instead of starting a new thread, I want to make a character that looks just like Eve, I think I got everything down except how tall to make the character, what would you guys suggest?

That may sound like a weird question but I am quite a perfectionist and have mild OCD.

Whatever floats your boat...

Eve is a henchman and therefore present in all outposts where she can be added. Unfortunately, you can't get to see her in Pre-searing, but if you make a character and rush him to EotN, you'll get to see her in the first outpost. Now, all you need to do is measure her up to another female necro, and try to get the feel of just how tall you need to make your necro.

Or, if you know a necromancer who still remembers exactly how tall his girl is, you could ask him to stand next to her. Perhaps best to find one with the maximum body size.
